How much is shipping?
We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders, no hidden fees at checkout or anywhere else.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently, Lorelics ships exclusively inside Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time to ensure we provide the most reliable service locally, but do hope to in the future.
When will I get my order?
The processing time takes between 1-2 business days. While transit time is 8-10 business days. Some orders may take a little longer depending on location or delays by the courier which is out of our control.
Do I have to pay tax?
Goods and Services Tax is included in the price of the product, no additional fees are added on.
Orders
How do I find my order number?
We will send you an email containing all the information you need about your order, including the order number.
How do I get my tracking number?
We will send a tracking number for your order once it is shipped. If you do not receive such an email, please contact support through the Contact us page with your order number.
Can I cancel my order?
Please be aware that we work hard to get your order processed and shipped out in time. If you are able to notify us early on after ordering and before the order is shipped, we may be able to cancel your order upon request.
Can I change my address?
If you need to change your address, make sure to notify us quickly before your order is shipped so we can accomodate for the change.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return or exchange my order if I change my mind?
We unfortunately do not offer returns or exchanges for a 'Change of Mind' reason.
My items were damaged on arrival, what do I do?
If your items are damaged on arrival during delivery, email us at info@lorelics.com and provide your order number and pictures. After confirmation, we will issue a full refund, or if requested send a replacement order to you at our expense.
How long do refunds take?
Once a refund is approved, it is automatically processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it usually takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
