Lorelics does not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons or purchases.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers may request:

  • A replacement item with No additional charge, or
  • A full refund

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@lorelics.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right, and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
