Shipping policy
Our long term goal is to offer customers a good shipping and delivery experience. Lorelics strives to provide well regarded services.
Currently we are only domestic and shipping inside Australia. We hope to broaden where we ship to and go international in the future.
Shipping and Delivery Timeframe
The order will take roughly 10-15 business days and is split into two parts: Processing time (1-2 days) and Shipping transit time (9-13 days). These are calculated in business days, which are from Monday to Friday.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Customer location
- Shipping carrier delays
- Customs or logistics disruptions
Shipping methods used are done by local shipping methods. Products are sourced from international suppliers and shipped directly to customers. So their preferred shipping method may vary, but most cases within Australia, Australia Post might be the carrier used depending on location.
Shipping Cost
There is no cost for ordering with Lorelics. We offer Free Delivery with no extra fees at checkout.
Any applicable taxes are included where required under Australian regulations.
Tracking Information
Once the courier has provided an order tracking number, we try our best to make sure and notify and provide it to you. Please allow several days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
If for some reason you have not received it within 5 business days, please submit a contact form or email us at info@lorelics.com and we will respond as quickly as possible.
Updated Address or Cancellation
If you wish or need to update your address, or no longer want the order and item, please notify us without our strict window of 3 Hours so this can be done, before the order is processed.
Note: Shipping times are estimated based on courier companies, Lorelics cannot be held liable for delays after the order is dispatched. Delays unfortunately happen on occasion due to uncontrollable factors, but Lorelics will do its best to limit any inconveniences.
